PPD Training, Experience and Approach
Catherine was trained by the PPDA to provide Stress Check-Ups in 2011. She is one of the founding members of the Rocky Mountain Stress Check-Up Network. Catherine strives to support patients in their desire to live a healthy and fulfilling life through reduction and resolution of physical symptoms caused by life stressors. She has worked with patients experiencing stress and resulting physical symptoms since 2010. Catherine’s approach consists of gathering information about your physical symptoms and medical history, asking about current stressors in your life, and assessing for stressors that you may have experienced in your past. In her work with patients, Catherine has found that awareness of stressors and the opportunity to talk about them in a confidential and non-judgmental environment often leads to resolution of the patient’s physical symptoms. Catherine can also assist you in learning ways to cope with and manage stress in your daily life.
Treatment via video is available for Colorado residents only.
