Thank you for your interest in being listed in the Directory of Psychophysiologic Disorder Practitioners. There is no formal certification process for PPD Clinicians at this time. However, as much as possible the PPDA wants to assure users that clinicians listed in the Directory practice a consistent, evidence-based model of diagnosis and treatment.

How to Apply:

  1. After you have purchased the PPDA Practitioner Directory Application you will receive the form by email.

  2. Complete and email the form with a copy of your receipt of purchase, a short biography, and a portrait/headshot (optional) to info@ppdassociation.org with the subject line “Practitioner Directory Application.”

  3. The application will be reviewed by the PPDA Board of Directors and we will notify you when that process is completed.

If the application is not accepted for listing we will provide suggestions for additional education, training or experience that will strengthen a future application.

Note: The application processing fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee listing in the Directory. Also, in the near future listing in the Directory will require an annual fee.
