Carl Bello is a psychotherapist practicing in the state of Washington. He has a particular interest in working with chronic pain and illness since discovering the correlation between his own physical symptoms of pain and the underlying psychological and emotional issues that contribute to it. Although each patient is unique, Carl has found that education about the mindbody connection, neuroplasticity and the importance of taking an active role in recovery are important for most of the people he works with. As a chronic pain patient himself, he finds it meaningful and enjoyable to help others find relief from pain and illness and a renewed sense of joy and possibility in life.
