Thank you for your interest in being listed in the Directory of Psychophysiologic Disorder Practitioners. There is no formal certification process for PPD Clinicians at this time. However, as much as possible the PPDA wants to assure users that clinicians listed in the Directory practice a consistent, evidence-based model of diagnosis and treatment.

Requirements:

  • YOU MUST BE A LICENSED MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL IN ORDER TO APPLY

  • PPDA Membership is required for listing in the Practitioner Directory. If your application is approved, posting in the Practitioner Directory will occur after you become a PPDA Member.

How to Apply:

  1. After you have purchased the PPDA Practitioner Directory Application you will receive the form by email. Complete and email the form (PDF) with a copy of your receipt of purchase, a short biography (PDF), and a portrait/headshot (JPG or JPEG) to info@PPDAssociation.org with the subject line “Practitioner Directory Application.”

  2. The application will be reviewed by the PPDA Board of Directors and we will notify you when that process is completed. Please allow 14 days for processing.

If the application is not accepted for listing we will provide suggestions for additional education, training or experience that will strengthen a future application. These might include the PPDA Online Course and one or more of the books listed on our Resources page such as the Psychophysiologic Disorders textbook.

Note: The application processing fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee listing in the Directory.
