Carolyn has over 21 years experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist, specialising in the treatment of persistent pain and functional disorders. In addition to extensive clinical expertise, Carolyn also has lived experience of persistent pain having herself recovered from Fibromyalgia and other neuroplastic symptoms using the mind-body approach.

Carolyn is experienced in working with people of all ages and has a particular interest in helping young people understand and overcome neuroplastic symptoms, equipping them with skills they can use throughout their life.

Committed to supporting people to overcome their symptoms, Carolyn is always mindful to meet people where they are in their recovery journey to ensure that all treatments are tailored to each client’s individual goals.

Passionate about enabling people to optimise their wellbeing, Carolyn adopts a whole person approach in all aspects of her work.

Carolyn also works as a Teaching Fellow at the University of Edinburgh on the Clinical Management of Pain MSc course.
