Attire and Weather
Business casual. The weather should be in the 70s and sunny but can be highly variable. The entirety of the conference is indoors.

Taking Notes
You are welcome to bring your laptop, iPad, or personal note-taking device. PowerPoints from various presentations will be provided following the conference.
Meals and Gatherings
- Breakfast - Friday and Saturday, as indicated on the schedule, you are invited to join us for a continental breakfast and casual time to visit with fellow attendees, with meat, vegetarian, and vegan options.
- Lunch - Friday and Saturday lunch will be provided on-site, with meat, vegetarian, and vegan options.
- Happy Hours - Thursday, a reception will take place immediately following our sessions in the venue lobby. On Friday and Saturday, all attendees are invited to gather for happy hours at the Bohemian Biergarten (Friday) and Rosetta Hall (Saturday), addresses noted above.
- Refreshments - Light refreshments and beverages will be available throughout the conference.
- Personal Items - You can bring any preferred snacks and beverages.

Parking
General Parking Overview
- Please note that parking at the JCC will be limited on Thursday and Friday.
- Shared transport: The JCC strongly encourages carpooling, Uber, and Lyft.
- Bike: Bike racks available.
- Bus: See the JUMP route here and the schedule here. Stop #34916, 6100 block, drops directly in front of JCC north entrance. Pull the cord right after Cherryvale Ave. intersection.
Thursday Overflow Parking
- Overflow parking: When the JCC lot fills, parking is available at The Avalon Ballroom(6185 Arapahoe Road, Boulder, CO 80303). Use a crosswalk to return to the JCC. This is a 7-minute walk with a pedestrian entrance on the north side of the JCC building.

Friday Overflow Parking
- The Avalon Ballroom parking lot is not available on Friday.
- Overflow parking: When the JCC lot fills, parking is available at the Flatirons Golf Course (5706 Arapahoe Ave, Boulder, CO 800303), a 30-minute walk or Uber from the golf course.

- All parking spaces at the Boulder JCC will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Overflow parking: Naropa Nalanda Campus (6287 Arapahoe Ave, Boulder CO 80301).

Acquiring Certificate for 13 Credits CE/CME
For those registered for 13 CE/CME credits, click here for the general CE Language.

How Do You Get Your Certificate?
Following the conference, a post-evaluation survey must be submitted by Friday, October 11. You will visit ppda.cmecertificateonline.com, click on the 2024 Fall Conference once it is posted, and take the survey. Upon completion, you will be prompted to print, download, and save your certificate for your records. The survey link above will not be live until Thursday, September 26.
