Psychology does affect physiology! Your pain is real! You are  not making it up! It would be cruel to think otherwise, so what  is pain? It is a protector, a warning signal that detects danger.  All pain is produced by the brain. The brain is incredibly

complicated! We only use ten percent of the conscious  mind, and ninety percent is controlled by the subconscious  and unconscious mind. Your pain is being produced from  your subconscious and unconscious mind. Pain is an  Emotional experience. Repressed emotions from past  trauma and current stressors can produce real physical pain  or other symptoms in the body.

We will determine together, if you may have neuroplastic pain  from a compassion and empathic approach. I am trained in  evidence-based research for chronic pain: Emotional  Awareness and Expression Therapy, Pain Reprocessing  Therapy, and Cognitive Therapy for Chronic Pain. Please,  view on YouTube the following information regarding this form  of treatment: -Changing Your Mind: Chronic Pain- and the  documentary trailer for -Pain Brain-and -This Might Hurt-. I  believe you can improve your heath by treating yourself with  these treatment methods, and I will show you how.

I have over 25 years of clinical experience working with  seniors, veterans, and adults struggling with serious mental  illness. I am a former chronic pain sufferer myself. I have  received my Bachelor's Degree from the University of  Michigan and my Masters Degree from Wayne State  University. I am license clinical social worker that provides  treatment to individuals residing in the state of Michigan.
