Accepting New Patients

I grew up in rural NC and attended medical school at East Carolina University. I completed my Family Medicine residency at Stanford University where I became interested in alternative approaches to health. After a year practicing & studying nutritional medicine, I began a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Michigan. During my fellowship, I was fortunate enough to meet Howard Schubiner who introduced me to the concept of psycho-physiologic disorders. I recently began working as a Clinician-Educator at Unity Health in Washington DC. I see patients as a primary care physician while also educating medical residents.
